Vanessa fked up she got way too much blood on her hands

Vanessa has played an excellent game and is in a great position. She is the true #3 for both of the powerful couples in the game (Clay/Shelli, Liz/Austin). The way she got out her biggest threat (Jeff) by catching him in a lie and then intentionally blowing it up was pretty brilliant.

Actually it's a bit better than that.
Once Julia comes in the house there will be three clear couples running the house. Vanessa and Austin will be the least threatening become there is no ramance or blood involved. This will allow them to use the few remaining players on their side so turn on the couples.
I think one of these remaining players is going the be Johnny the dentist and I believe he has the ability to win this game over anyone becauE he will have the least blood on his hands.

Vanessa is playing good and has turned this hater of her into a fan. As a fan I think teaming up with Austin is suicide. That guy has lost his mind. Austin seems to be so paranoid and is acting super sketchy in the live feed. John is her best option to partner with.

Austin is not paranoid, just playing many people. He 'talked' Vanessa into putting up Jeff, which was Austins' main target.

She's obviously the less threatening of he duo (on the surface). But with these house guests that's all that matters. This will become apparent as soon as there is a competition that Austin steamrolls because of his size and strength. She may be te only one smart enough to partner up with he dentist.

BTW the last time there was a doctor on BB he steamrolled everyone. Johnny Mac has a different strategy obviously but I think he'll be the second doctor to win the game.

Wow. Is anyone watching the live feed? Vanessa figured it out tonight what is really going on this season. My guess is this is some type of drug or hypnosis these house guests are on. The house guests are being paid to advertise obviously. But there is more to this. If anyone has time to watch live feed it's well worth it.

Does anyone find it strange that Davonne did not recognize Vanessa? She's obviously a poker dealer and also claims to have a good poker face and be a good player. I understand Vanessa is not that prevalent on TV and stuff anymore but that would be like a minor league baseball umpire not knowing who a well known professional player of the early 2000s was. i.e. Jimmy Rollins

This j mack is a likable person on the show even though he screwed some of the other house guests in competitions. But I can't imagine him being a dentist. A patient sitting in a dental chair J Mack directly in front of you as he speaks loudly high to low. " Im gonna extract this tooth from you now it's gonna hurt but you'll make it I think ". patient cringing. :-)

I agree its possible she didn't know but would be unlikely .

that anology is kind of extreme.
to me, it would be like if a cook at a run of the mill restaurant doesn't recognize jeff Mauro (he is a chef who became a celebrity on the cooking channel and has a daily 30min show on there).
That cook probably doesn't give a **** about celebrity cooks and just does that job for the money or for whatever reason.
It isn't unlikely that a poker dealer really doesn't give a **** about poker on TV.

I could see if Vanessa was a reg at one of the LA casinos (she said she was freelance so she probably bounced around all of them.)

Also it is extremely likely that she has just dealt poker before and the show made her play that **** up like crazy.

Mostly this show only takes in a few intelligent people per season. They usually end up winning. They rarely have to win that many competitions and usually don't win many competitions.

I am pretty sure they chose venessa this year because they saw a poker player (increase male demographic) and saw that shes hot (increase male demographic).

Maybe it's the lighting, or lack of professional makeup, or lack of sleep, but Vanessa is looking like hell/rough.

She would have no chance of passing for a trophy lesbian, never mind straight.

Doubt any guy or gal under 60 would consider her "hot".

And the 60 plus person might need a couple of cocktails in him or her to get to a "hot" rating for Vanessa.

In her prime, Vanessa needed everything, hair, makeup, lighting to be perfect to hit "Hot"

Her "looks" are doing zilch for ratings.

That comparison never gets old.

She looks good to me. in that pic. and mostly in the show too.

And im under 60

she has a pretty dry personality though

Definitely above average, but definitely not hot.

Other than her huge nose she has looked pretty good for the past few years, though HD close ups have not been kind to her 15yo like skin..and nose.

It's not like it's going to hurt her on the show though, which she has been pretty solid so far. Blowing up on Austin for throwing the comp was a mistake IMO. He's her biggest ally.

Guessing you're not a regular viewer. The empty room is the diary room. Any regular viewer knows no houseguest has any outside contact- internet or otherwise- except the occasional controlled outing.

When Liz did this, it was not done in the Diary Room. She was in one of the bedrooms and looked up at the cameras and said, This one's for you. She was doing it so that the people watching the live feeds could see it.

You have obviously not played much poker in Los Angeles. If you put Vanessa in front of all of the cash game dealers in LA, I would be shocked if 10% knew who she was.

OK. My main point was houseguests do not have any outside contact.

But that is how people recognize her.
