Just from watching bbad this cast seems not as entertaining compared to last year where you had Caleb Frankie Hayden zach were all entertaining Devin too last year most of the cast was early-mid twenties this cast seems a lot older which probably has something to do with it

She seemed to take that hit from the train pretty well. Gif confirms her story, IMO.

Thought this too the first I time saw her. Looked like a bad plastic surgery, but train story is certainly possible.

So she revealed to the whole house that she is/was a professional poker player despite saying she was going to present herself as a DJ and try not to reveal she played poker. I don't see how that could possibly work in her favor to help her win. The only reason I can think of for revealing that is that she is too conceited to keep it a secret.

20 years ago people moved to LA/NYC and called themselves *actors*. Now they move to Vegas/Miami and call themselves *DJs*

Over time I think she really has convinced herself that she is a pro poker player and she is a DJ.

And if she believes it then it should be an easier sell to the house.

A lot of things in this thread (i just finished reading), are true about Vanessa Rousso. But i don't like what i read about her divorcing, from her ex-husband Chad Brown. Ok, they were divorced after his cancer remission, but should you stay with someone if he/she is sick, despite love/harmony was already gone between you too ? No.
Besides it, she was recently (may) in a radio show, http://www.pokernews.com/live-report...ost.240756.htm, talking, about her comeback to poker (after existentialism-divorce-death-poker's boredom crisis). She there explained that she hosted Chad brown in her home (not theirs) for the last months of his life. It does not seem like an abandoning whore, as some stipulated here. I believe she really loved him, even as a friend after.

And last thing, i like her as a promoting persona for poker. She has always been a good ambassador for poker and women in poker (which is not the last of poker problems, to me). So some may leave her breath a bit more.

I don't have access to Big Brother US, in Canada, so i cannot judge her performance there.

VR's role in getting Meg put on the block as a pawn last night was impressive. Austin played her a bit to get it directed away from someone he was aligned with, but as a whole she showed more influence than I've seen before. Originally I thought she'd be a quick exit, but she seems to have adjusted.

I'm almost upset that she won HoH. She was sorta cruising along under the radar. Now she is in a power position, is going to have to make decisions that some other house members might disagree with, and might end up becoming a target in the future. It's still really early in the game

If that is true about her hosting Chad for the last couple months of his life, then it is extremely unfortunate the rumours surrounding her leaving Chad on this forum. No doubt none of us here know the true Vanessa, she could be a kind, warm hearted person who is being vilified by people who don't know her.

With that being said, I would PLOW her sisters. OMG, did you see that video a few years back? Great Googly Moogly.

Vanessa has a better handle on this game and what's going on in the house better than anyone else that's there. She's extremely loyal and trustworthy -- two traits that you hardly ever find in the Big Brother house. I was so happy when she and Austin became joint HOH last night. I just hope their plan to get out their target works as it is not fail proof.
