There are hundreds of gambling addict male scammers doing far worse with zero harassment received, eg serial scammer maurice hawkins. OP should give her a few months and then ask for 300 payments again in say Feb and I bet she will settle this over time when she has more cash and or a big score. Harassing calls aren’t going to do anything no one is selling family assets for a gambling related debt esp with these privileged circumstances of the victim that’s why the law exists and that’s standard and wait for when she can pay which she did seem to honestly intend in my opined judgement of her having some integrity despite gambling addictions we all have. And out her here as done so she can’t scam others. Don’t be pathetic and harass

I'm pretty sure the only incel here is the one defending a blatant scammer just because she is a female. Once scammers start ignoring messages, that is the end game and they must be exposed.

TLDR: Gambling debts are not legal and she doesn’t owe you anything. Your failed “business” practices aren’t debts.

If I were her I’d tell you if you call my family again or talk to me about this non-legal debt again to expect a harassment lawsuit-starting with a demand letter from one of the 10 million dime store lawyers in CA who love to sue.
