Not defending her, just saying at least she seems like she's trying to pay something back. If she truly got scammed herself by a bitcoin scammer and has no money, then it makes sense that she would only pay a little at a time. Still sucks, but you get what I'm saying.
Now, if she's lying about getting scammed, or has plenty of cash and is choosing not to pay it back, or is intentionally scamming, then yes, that's 100% ****ed. **** her.
It's just not characteristic of a true scammer try to pay back.
