I get it. I just meant there are so many true scammers out there that never intend on repaying. Then there are people that get in over their heads and want to make it right but are barely getting by. Her paying you a little at a time makes it seem like she fits in the second category. She's probably dodging you until she can get enough for the next payment.

At least with her you have a chance of getting some or all of it back. Shitty either way, but that was the point I was making.

Most likely the best that can be achieved is to put her name on blast, make sure as many people as possible know that she is a lowlife scammer, and hopefully no one else falls for her lies in future. But avoidance is always best, do not trust anyone (esp. strangers) or loan/entrust money.
