Gambling debts like these are almost never able to get settled through the small claims route. Even if you sue someone and win a judgement it’s still a pain in the ass to collect. The OP never should have started this thread and kept taking the small payments. As someone else said as soon as OP called her out in a public forum she has even less reason to ever pay. Previously she may have paid to avoid OP going public. But since OP has already gone public she has nothing to lose now by not paying

He was getting paid tho. He told us that. If there’s any chance you’re getting paid it’s a better idea to keep quiet and hope the small payments keep coming because that’s better for you than calling them out and losing any chance of getting paid

OP was getting paid. Not as fast or as much as he’d want but she was making small payments. By going public I would assume she loses any incentive to pay back the person she scammed
