Can you please get in contact with your friend over this. If she is paying them back as well I could believe her. Last thing I want to see is her only pay back you to clear her name while leaving hundreds of others screwed.

For the time being, I got the best I could hope for. She took responsibility, a payment was made, I got contact information, and she communicated her intent to get this done and gave me a timeline she would try to meet. She didn't run from the situation or try to argue in any way.

Seems appropriate to me to see if that trend continues and give the benefit of the doubt in the meantime. That's my stance for now. If the payments continue I'll request that the thread title be edited to reflect that.

She gave you scraps after months of nothing and was playing at the Wynn after she paid you.

Everyone sees through your post which she clearly told you to write.

If she has made a payment plan and is sticking to it. Even if it is low amounts that is a good sign. But make sure your friend gets paid back too.

post up date each time Vanessa misses a payment
when debt has been 100% settled, update the OP to reflect this and lock thread
never delete this thread for any reason
