After i dropped the money i was told by the poker room manager if I ever saw this guy to goto security or a floor and report him he was to be arrested. I did exactly that I walked into the casino and went to the floor. Im pretty sure they were fired for liability reasons either way just because they didnt follow proper protocol. So saying I got these guys fired is false please read other thread.
Yet you apparently told the Kennel Club he called you.. why do that? All you had to say was you decided to check in periodically to see if you could find the guy. The dealer did you a favor and told you he didn't want to be involved.. and you repaid him by putting him right in the middle of it?
Meanwhile you did not get robbed twice. You got robbed once -- unless you can show that the guy managed to get into your backpack while you were in the men's room and get to your money. Yes, he stole your money after you dropped it -- but he did not ROB you -- he did nothing to force the money away from you or your control -- you did that for him.
You've asked for advice. You've been given advice. The advice isn't changing.

Meanwhile, not all card rooms at tracks in south Florida are run willy nilly. I frequent one the majority of the time because there is great security: a very visible security presence in the card room and throughout the property PLUS a number of off duty, uniformed police officers. More than once I've seen a "problem 'child'" escorted away... and if they've really crossed the line, they get arrested.
