Basically any sunrunning tournament player is overrated. Sure some of them are very very good but when results don't reflect their actual skill people have the tendency to give them more credit than they should.
Under-rated- Andrew Robl. Guy has been killing high-stakes cash games for years and never gets mentioned with the NL crushers. I guess because he is not active online people forget about him, but I would take him in any LIVE NLHE lineup in the world.
I know its slightly different, but I think all the known live pros are underrated for general maximizing of EV/intelligence. People flame guys like Negreanu, but they seem decent at optimizing their overall income.
i get what you're saying but i think dn is a perfect example of being extremely overrated (by todays standards)
general pop would probably assume he's one of the better players in any lineup in the world, reality is he probably couldnt support himself online in 2016 if he started with 10k
