I don't know if many of you play on Ultimate Bet, nor had i so i thought i'd give it a go. I like it but the support leaves something to be desired.

As of last night it won't let me log in. I know the username is correct and i know the password is correct. I requested a password change and did that, it told me during that process what the username was and it still won't let me in. It states that i have entered an invalid username.

So another test i did was try to create a new account with my username to see if it would tell me it was taken. It didn't flag the username as taken.

So, it appears as though my account either a) Doesn't exist, or b) something is broken such that i can't log in. I have sent support an email, this was yesterday and havnt had a reply yet.

Has anyone had similar problems.

Playing on UB is a gamble where you hope nothing goes wrong. If it does it is v hard to get the issue resolved.

That goes for absolute aswell, most of there stuff is done through UB so its almost as bad..

This happens when they close your account due to fruad investgation etc. its [censored] and ive had it happen to me before.

Well Absolute bought UB a while ago ever since then, there have been a million complaints and it will only be a matter of time before the god accounts show up there.
