I've obtained judgements against deadbeats. Judgements are different than cash however. As a court clerk told me when I asked her how this judgement might help me to get compensation from the deadbeat, she says, "Get in line."

These professional deadbeats are awful hard to pindown.

Best you can hope for is that this guy eventually slips up, and gets caught in the law enforcement web.
