More will be posted ,but without the audit from him we can not see him stealing .Pokerstars will not give me his audit

I can only take screen shots of the last 60 days in the history options on Pokerstars.That does show the name next to the person you send money to .

When you do a long term audit over 60 days it does not show the name next to the person ,so that is no good

So please be clear what else you want to see ?

(the above contract was for 2 months ,but we carried on after ...again it is hard to show me sending him money due to PS audit system,just trying to get the point across i did back this guy and he owes me a ton..posting all these contracts is getting silly now)

Just got a pm from someone that knows him on a forum that he has a loads of posts on ...the guy said he is a known drug user in his area and a few people can back this up (i can screen shot the pm ?)

Again hard to prove though ,be great if this guy can show so proof to say this is all not true (he has been reading all the different forum posts and has not posted ONE bit of proof against what i am saying)

I do believe you, but you presented this in such a messy way that the thread has been tough to follow and has been all over the place

So makeup , is it owed as in he has to grind it back or he has to pay it back if he were to quit you ( or in this case he cheated you)

Demetri may I suggest you pay someone who is more fluent in English to proof read all these big OPs you make. Will probably help clear up your issues better.

In your contract you state that he must carry on playing until it gets back to 0.

In this case he was a thief. So how do you trust him to keep playing for you?

Also how can he owe you makeup as physical cash? I know he was supposed to grind (if he didnt steal) to get back to 0 but he also could have kept losing stake money if he was playing honest so it could go either way right?

Looks like a the guy is a total jerk for scamming etc... but is that usually how things go if someone leaves an MTT stake? They just owe the makeup in full

I can't believe you don't keep detailed transfer records and I can't believe you don't keep chatlogs from someone you suspect is going off the deep end.

And where does it show in your contract that, as your backer, he cannot make withdrawals as he pleases? (only limited by the fact I suppose of ensuring you still have sufficient liquidity in your bankroll)

Jokueris, all you appear to have proved is that you've made money for demitri this year. This does not necessarily mean you don't owe him anything.

Demitri, I know you don't like me. Presumably because I enjoy pointing out the ******ed nature of your posting style! But take it from me, your crusade would be much better received on here if you took the time to present your case clearly and concisely BEFORE releasing the hounds (or as someone else suggested, just ask someone semi-literate to post on your behalf). You can rant all you want about scammers and internet nerds and you'll have the full support of the community as long as you offer evidence and appear rational in the first instance.
