If this is known, then why on earth is this guy still playing?
I play with him at the 180s very frequently. He's not bad, not too good either. I berate him every time when I'm at the table with him telling him to give people their money back.

one of them didn't pay him back.
dumbass is butt hurt and posted a bunch of stuff about it.
I only read the first and last pages, not really interested in pages 2-50, but i think i get point.

don't loan money to gamblers and expect to get it back.

So the fact that less than 1% of the people he gave money to didn't give it back means that no one else should stake people?
