No. His next court appearance is in two weeks, which I dislike. I was hoping the process would be quicker but I guess that was naive. Every day he sits in jail is another day he is not getting help and perhaps getting angrier.

When I looked this morning, his location was STL3 in housing box, which I assumed meant South Tower Level 3. Now that space is blank, so maybe he got bailed out or charges were dropped and he's gone? I suppose we'll find out soon enough.

I don't know what OFCAL means for dept. I cannot find a legend includes that like the towers has. It also says "No complaint filed" in place of the original holding message.

For the housing box, instead of STL3, it now has a phone number. Maybe he was taken off campus for evaluation/treatment?

He was in South Dakota recently which is one of the best states for getting help with mental illness.

He got busted in Nevada which is at the very bottom of the rankings.

He needs help, imo. He's in a very bad spot.

Too bad this didn't happen in Deadwood.

Whoever said the casinos should be protected from him is completely full of ****. Walking around the Strip is an exercise in dodging the homeless and mentally ill. TBC would just be one of many.

Clark County and Nevada don't give a ****. You hit bottom there, you stay bottomed.

If there is no charges filed then how can he be in jail? They can't hold you with no charges past like 24 to 48 hours.
