Tom is not a scammer. Just can't pay. Very simple.

I've read the post for the last week. Do not see the need for such evaluation.

He has bigger problems than jungle. He's facing problems with the most powerful agency in the land. The government. The Southern a District of New York. He was involved with mega bookie Trincher and Nahmad. Wire transfers to Tom and Ivey were frozen. His name was on hundreds of tapes that was introduced to Judge Jesse Furman. Why was he not indicted with Trincher and Nahmad. Because he had no money showing anywhere and they did not indict poor people in that case.
It would of cost them big money to indict him and they were only looking for big forfeitures. Fast forfeitures because that is how Obama is paying his bills now. They go after gamblers only with money.
But, they are waiting to make a quick grab and investigation is still going on.

Tom will not talk on the phone or use a computer. He also is carrying great debt to people in the millions that make jungle look like he's taking toms lunch money.
I remember back in the day when Tom and Peter Jetten (not sure what happend to him) were traveling on private jets through Europe, dining at Eboli in Spain for 30k dinners,renting yachts,villas,planes and so on and carrying a ridiculous entourage with him raining on them like a rapper. We were calling him P Diddy Tom at one time...joking of course.
I also remember clearly veteran HS players warning him of the path he was taking after getting killed in Bobbys room once again after playing mixed games which he is poor at. His ego prevailed.
I remember a certain businessman in Macu that was growing weary of his entourage and his ego and his "Tom show" lifestyle and he was not being invited to games.
At the end he was Trinchers horse. The entourage is gone so is Barbie. HS players are staying away. No ones calling except to try and collect debts. Trinchers in Taft prison in California. Nahmad in Otisville in New York. At least David Blaine and Leo are visiting them. But, not Tom. Its just him.
He's lost his credibility and his ego. Don't think he's hiding for he is close to home where it all started.
Let this be a lesson not a issue. And to Jason if he's listening.
Tom may come back one day and pay everyone. Never know.
Jungle and him most likely have worked it out. That's why the silence from both.
So that's it.

That's not it pm person. It stunned me that not one person posted in that Dwan scammer thread did not know this story. Did not come close. Only proves my opinion that I got attacked for from the fanboys on this very site. Shows how much HS players are on twoplustwo. Almost nil.

plenty of hs-crushers in 2+2 are just clever enough not to gossip, there is nothing to gain. They keep that to a minimum, on Skype.

He deleted his Twitter account and announced the story that he lost his password or something. This was not the case.
Macu guys were uncomfortable with Tom drawing attention to them and basically bragging about spending his winnings on such suckers. That's why he deleted it. But too late. Andrew R learned a valuable lesson through Toms careless actions and quickly swooped in to take Toms place. Which he's done a very good job of table side manners.

And yes, of course the reason ivey was not indicted. At, least Phil can get someone to rent a mansion in vegas for him to maintain the Ivey life for 60 minutes.

My uncertainty stems from posts you made a few weeks ago discrediting yourself (for reasons I am not certain about or may have missed). I ran in circles like these 20 years ago (but involving a different kind of high stakes and a different kind of degenerates) so the small details you throw in ring true to me. I am not certain why you are providing a "bird's eye view" to NVG of this world, but I would rather hear about it than not. Cheers.

Thanks justice. Yes I did discredit myself for reasons I will not get into. As you can see, I have not posted in awhile. However, could not take it. I did not see one post with this story. How could it stay under radar for so long, God only knows,but, no wonder Dwan is LHASA in New Jersey right now.

Jungle man post himself and said he did not want "friends" or mutual people involved in this. He also correct a post saying Phil Ivey did NOT vouch for Dwan. He made that very clear. Why? Just my opinion, not a fact is that Vadim Trincher and young son Illya were they people he was referring too. Ivey may of vouched for Dwan through
Trincher and when jungle found out did not want to pursue that avenue.
Then Jungle, in just my opinion had to post that he did not remember if Phil vouched or not and even asked Ivey and Ivey said no. ? What? Ok sure.
If someone could find jungles post and post them. I've tried and can't do it most likely because of my VPN.
