There's many players with higher net results, yet you all decide to glorify this one because he raises 93s? Who's next on the list? Isildur1? As far as tracked results on highstakesdb, isi is down over 4 mill

yet all of you nerds are creaming over these dudes that are combined roughly -2 mill in the hole over 9+ years (*as far as highstakesdb tracks). Can someone please provide the logic here?

My honest opinion is that these two guys are nothing more than your run of the mill aggro donk whale who ran hot to start but flamed out when the sample size caught up. Anybody who plays 200NL online+ can tell you about these donks. They are super adorable, 3betting 47s from SB and they have most pinchable cheeks on the planet even if they get upset when u pinch em

They were the innovators, at least drrrr. The game caught up but it was awesome watching Dwan in his prime before everyone else solved NLHE. There is something to be said for someone who solves something complex before others even if they get surpassed.

Notable players such as Ben Tollerene and Galfond as well as others have said that Viktor is very talented. Whether they're saying that to keep him in the game; i dont know...

**** parties. this is almost by definition a place of discussion for nerds. my only concern is with the truth. and btw that discussion seems to further point to Dwan being a broke busto bitch whale on a heater. And on top of that, I bet an epic heater is not even good enough to pull him out. Tom Dwan sucks ass at poker. And I dare one of you fish to test that (here is a hint - he's probably too broke to pay you in case you win)

Again, I am objective as possible. And Galfond is for sure a boss. I think any form of deference Galfond gives to Dwan is to keep in the games. IMO, Dwan is one of the whales that feeds the HS community, why Galfy say anything mean?

Not up for a long debate and in any case a new post about these plrs shows up each weak. Everthg has been covered so just my 2 cents..

It's one thing to be a degen and another to be a mediocre plr. Both these plrs have made crimes when it comes to brl mgmt. Also some ppl have a better marketing of themselves than others, needless to say that there are online nosebleeds who hate publicity while others die for it.

One last thought, games keep evolving. U don't manage to befriend your new position in the ecosystem and u are busto in no time. And well, a boosted ego is a common trait among the top names in every game or sport, I guess they have a hard time dropping levels

Whales don't own the world's elite poker players session after session and for multiple years. And this is exactly what Dwan did on High Stakes Poker. Dwan made those players look like bad 1-2NL tourists.

Not gonna comment on anyone's skill but saying he's one of the whales that feeds the HS community indicates that he's losing chunks. If this were the case he would have to have money coming in from outside of poker to facilitate this. So where is this none poker income coming from

You're forgetting the money Blom makes on untracked Euro sites. He makes 5k a day, from what I hear.

He also loses 5k a day on Stars from what I hear.

I addressed this already, brah. Galfond, Ivey, Antonius, JUNGLEMAN, are all way bawses. And that's just to name a few. If I was a hater I'd be Planters salty about those bros. Nerd is a compliment my brethren. Who wants to be a non-nerd? We think the hardest and reach the best conclusions. And we make more than mini wage. We are the ****in **** and that's not even debatable. I would've chosen to be a jock except for I like having a life after high school.

No to second guess Ben but he also has made a significant portion of his networth from Isuldur1 so he has a somewhat vested interest in publicly saying nice things about him..
