This is an absolute genius marketing coup for pokerstars. He will front all their spanish adverts and I imagine some of their international ones too. Rafa is pretty much a walking god in Spain yet has international appeal.

And lol at people sending in advice to start at small stakes and work your way up. Of course you're going to want to grind $2 tournaments with a 9 figure bank balance.

Well I don't think nadal is short of a few quid but it wouldnt look good for stars if he played decent stakes and lost. I imagine when he has his brief session online ( which might not even be him playing) he will play micro sngs as it would appeal to casual players.
