Players are debating Tanking in NLHE Poker after Maria taking too long on many hands, but I think the more important debate should be Extended Tournament Breaks for Disabled Players, mostly a minute or two more Online, as Live Tournament Breaks are relatively long

Breaks are already excessive enough online not a fan of that. I would like to see a 10 min break every 2 hours implemented online which would solve this problem but it's been discussed and not practical. It's too hard for multi-tablers as you can't start all your mtts at the same time.

Make a rule where people who cough into their hands are getting kicked out of the tournament.

FYP

But seriously I was watching for hours and I don't think anyone just politely asked her to cough into her shirt or something.. how? Literally coughing into her hands then straight to touching the cards, so grim.

I don't play live and was wondering if that's normall behaviour. Can't remember which commentator (was it little) mentioned that's the gto for live tournaments. Get sick on the day one and make everyone ellse sick on your way to the final table. Then you are the least sick one. But yeah was really wondering why didn't anyone asked her to cough into her shirt or like a tissue.

I think because she is a lady player, people were not willing to call her out for coughing onto her hands. The Dealers should also have given her Final Warnings for repeatedly Timing Down, but clearly they were already friends with her (just watch the footage after she won).

Yes, I do think she used it as a ploy to Tilt the other plays and wear them down. She must've had access to the right medicine and drugs with her partner on the rails.

You seriously think 5 mins is "excessive"?

I find it barely gives me time to make a cuppa, go to the loo and stroke my cat!

If you're disabled and you need longer breaks, use the mobile client.

When facilities are provided for the disabled, they are in addition to those for the able bodied, not instead of.

That's all very well, but not all Disabled people can afford very Smart phones or Ipads, etc.

I have just got a new mobile phone myself and Poker Stars works on it, but I don't know if I can switch between my PC client and my mobile during the same Tournaments?

So long as you log out of the desktop, you can use the mobile.
Obviously that's not a problem when you're on break. No hands missed.

Homeless people have smart phones. Literally. If they cannot afford a smart phone, they probably shouldn't be gambling online for real money.

One of the best poker lessons I ever had was when a prop player told me he never touches chips with his left hand, if he can help it.

How can I take a dump, make coffee AND masturbate in a 5 minute break? Need at least 15 minutes.

Homeless in the US don't even want change any more. They have bank quickpay transfer setup on their phones. SYN homeless guy asked if I could spare some cash and I said all I had was cards. He says give me your email and you can transfer it to my phone.
