On the contrary, this works in our favour. This shows that forcing legitimate operators to withdraw services doesn't work.
It hasn't stopped rooms from servicing US clients over the last 6 years.
It hasn't worked in European countries who have forced local ISPs to block illegal sites by issuing blacklists.
The Greek government has had their anti-gaming laws ruled illegal by the European Commission.
The only way to get rid of the shady operators is to squeeze them out of business. This is only possible by regulation and licensing.
Also those sites will not be forced into a position where they have to close unless the US regulates at Federal level.
