Yea can we get a list going of all the sites we can now play on?

I just emailed Natural8. I was unsure about them.

ACR and Ignition I know for sure we can play on.

I ran my final roll down to $0 on zoom. I appreciate Amayas sense of humour that my final hand was QQ<QQ AIPF

Black chip + HM2 + Bitcoin = poker for all... though I would like to find a site that offers these ingredients:
+bitcoin
+fastfold
+supported by HM2

Black doesn't have fast fold

What's the difference between Black Chip and ACR? Same games/tournaments just a different skin?

Gonna deposit a bit on Ignition now, their Sunday (our monday) schedule looks alright for whenever I can get a day off work. Any Aussies have any experiences, playing there and withdrawing?

ACR has their BOSS series coming up, hope no DDOSs like last time

So whats the advantage/disadvantages to using bitcoin to deposit/withdraw over Neteller/Skrill? Getting into bitcoin seems kinda daunting to me so I'd like to avoid that if possible. Cool that Ignition take Visa though. Any updates on what the deposit process was like?

BTC basically helps you avoid getting destroyed by fees. Now it will be harder then ever to avoid the casual 2-3% rape without using BTC. Problem is you have to put up with the volatility instead haha. On ignition you can deposit from visa/mastercard and then cash out to a check in AUD (havnt done it yet but it appears to work.) WPN u can still use neteller and skrill or visa/mastercard too. I dont wanna advertise myself to much but like i mentioned in the other thread I will do XE rate for AUD cash/bankxfer -> USD neteller or WPN. Im in the process of setting up BTC stuff myself but shortly will do XE + reasonable vig from AUD -> BTC. Pm for info/questions.

After doing research it seems Coinjar is the best for AU and you can link your account so u can basically deposit money into bitcoin, not sure about withdrawal yet.

Has anyone looked into this? Are there insta-transaction alternatives to these wallets?

I think BCP has separate base for cash games, and only pools with wpn for tourneys. This is because of bitcoin values change and everything on Black Chip is fractions of bitcoins, regardless of market fluctuations. Most of the regular skins and ACR have btc deposits/withdrawals but wagers are in dollars.

They are all the "Winning poker network" (WPN) The us facing skin is ACR the ROW skins are black chip and pokerking. All played in USD.

I first deposited on ignition visa about 2 months ago worked fine then stopped working, it seems some banks/processors will not allow the transaction and after numerous failed attempts you will be forced to use bitcoin.

I then used payed with visa to get bitcoin on coin base and then to block gain and then to ignition as their support suggested (they were very helpful for what it's worth) I did get pretty hit with fees though maybe going from Aus to usd but starting with 100 Aus I'd end up with 75 to 80 Aus in ignition from my original 100 deposit is there any cheaper way to get funds on there?

You are correct, I was mistaken. They all combine for the main games, and the bitcoin only skin has some extra games that only play amongst the bitcoiners. This is what is reported to me, after I double checked with players on the site.

Dear Kidpoker,

As a result of the Australian parliament passing the Interactive Gambling Amendment Bill (2016) last month the time has sadly come to halt all real money poker play at our tables for you and all other players in Australia.

The Bill will become law on Wednesday, September 13. We will halt our real money services in Australia at 15:00 BST on Monday, September 11.

When you next log into your account you will be prompted to withdraw any remaining balance. Until you do so, any funds that you have in your Stars Account are, and will continue to be, safe and available for withdrawal. Please remember to open any unopened Stars Rewards Chests in advance of withdrawing.

You can continue to spend your StarsCoin in the Rewards Store, and a $1 Cash Rebate has been added to facilitate converting your StarsCoin to cash. Any tournament tickets and tournament money will automatically be converted to cash for withdrawal upon entering the Cashier. We have provided a FAQ page here.

As we've said before, we respect the Australian Government's decision and appreciate their motivations. Keeping the online world secure and players safe is a mission that we share wholeheartedly.

We’ll continue to support the game every way that we can and, for those who would like to keep playing with us, we will continue to offer the best play money poker action around through the main PokerStars client on desktop, web and mobile, and also through the brand new PokerStars Play app on iOS and Android.

We would like to thank the Australian Online Poker Alliance, which engaged in lobbying for the safe and sensible regulation of online poker for Australian players throughout. If you have yet to sign-up to their free newsletter you can do so here. It only takes a moment.

We are extremely proud that over the last couple of decades we could play a part in helping the Australian poker community grow, but that wouldn’t have happened without you, the players. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyal support to the game and for choosing to play with us at PokerStars.
