SugarHouse Casino Fined $32,500 for Polk/Kaufman "10 Card Stud" Hand - Poker News

The $30,000 + $2,500 fine was approved about an hour ago.

According to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) Office of Enforcement Counsel, the dealer was instructed by two on-site supervisors to deal the hand. The dealers have since been disciplined (warnings), and the two supervisors have subsequently resigned and are no longer employed in the Pennsylvania gaming industry.

I feel bad for earl (one of the supervisors) he was a nice guy, I guess the mistake led to his resignation..

edit: I don't see earl, I do know he got fired I guess it was for something else

This baffles me on 2 levels:
1) That someone found it on YT, it required watching 1:20 of this snoozefest and.

Actually the only problem is that nowadays people cant just enjoy **** anymore without instantly feeling the need to record it on a phone. Probably because it ... Lol that Kaufman did not not even understand the game before he agreed to it, he’s so tilting. Have only seen him on PNiA but he’s a walking ATM.

Feel bad for people getting fired but understand that unauthorized ad-hoc games are a recipe for trouble.

Just want to say that Im sorry my actions got the casino fined, but more importantly that people potentially lost their jobs over this matter. Im not sure how I was supposed to know not to do this, no one said anything to me and it wasnt like we were doing it in secret. I just thought it would be a fun thing to stream that people on my channel would like seeing. Especially coming from Las Vegas where flips are completely acceptable, I didnt really think that it could cause any issues. Once again I apologize that my actions caused harm to others, even if it was inadvertently.
