Haven't heard anything about this guy really before..but I just decided to download this podcast and started listening, sounds really sick.

apparently this guy is busto? he ran 40k into 2.5 million online, and cashed in tournaments for over 2 million..but according to this interview it sounds like hes busto at the moment. hes a sick guy i guess

yea kinda sucks that hes somewhat busto. he seems like super cool guy though. nice interview (the last third of the interview is the best btw)

To have 2 million in winnings and have nothing left to show for it is pretty rough. There are lots of other guys that will likely be in the same boat. They are playing way higher limits than they have a bankroll for and any downswong at all would be very tough to absorb. Guys like Ashman and a few others gamble it up pretty good. Regardless of how well they play their 2 or 3 million dollar bankrolls just aren't near high enough to deal with the variance involved at those limits.

i remember watching him get destroyed in the nosebleeds on FTP after his first WPT final table, particularly lo8 and horse.

dude is sick talented at nl tournament poker, he should stick to it or drop down some levels when he tries to learn other games.

You would think this guys would just set aside some living money and have seperate money for gambling degen style. Although I love this busto-->robusto-->busto ect. stories, so awesome.

I heard him on a podcast a year or so ago, I think maybe on poker road. He talked about losing over a million just flipping. Total sicko. Seemed like a very nice guy.

You can hear the enthusiasm and optimism in his voice and words. Winning the main event? How many people nowadays actually wish for that out loud?

It's almost like his busto came from an excessively positive attitude.

He sounds like a nice guy, but fairly manic, which makes me wonder if he has bipolar depressive episodes.

If he were a friend of mine, I imagine myself constantly trying to chill him out.
