Learn to read. I answered the question why Eli would make him low on a priority list. That a known thief thinks in these terms seems obvious. That you feel I believe these to be valid reasons rather than I think Eli believes they are valid reasons shows a lack of intelligence.

Eli is a scumbag and Daniel knows that if he says his name Eli will turn it around on him. Eli will claim Daniel attacked him or made threats and make up stories or lies about Daniel like he has the others he owes millions.

His face should be placed by Russ HamiltonÂ’s and he is banned from places because he scammed fans out of money.True scum. Only person that stood up to him or took him down was a woman.

He is claiming citizenship in another country to avoid lawsuits and many judgements against him.

What I find by far the most interesting is how he can still be around. He owes a lot of people money, he always launched some stupid book and he is def a losing poker player. Given this its fair to assume he is not rolled for playing 50ks / 25ks and so on every summer. Who on earth decides to stake him for these buy ins? Even if he actually was a good poker player, some of these highrollers are obv super tough fields and he has tax to pay and the risk of not getting paid goes up through the roof if the person you stake / buy a piece of is completely broke and have multiple debts to other known players.

What gets me is how unwilling they are to play hardball. Write off the debt as uncollectible and send him and the IRS the appropriate form if he won't at least make payments. Of course it is relatively simple to come up with reasons for some of them not to do this. I loan dirty money, Eli losses 80% back to me and pockets the other 20% for acting as my laundry. Since the "loan" is a fiction of course he doesn't need to repay.
