If its true Eli forged Greenstein's passage in the book, and you have proof, I don't see how posting those texts alone would be legally inadvisable in any way. It has nothing to do with threats, or mobsters, or any debts, but would not only entirely destroy what is left of Eli's credibility (if any is left) but it would be substantive as far as 2+2's direct involvement in publishing the book. So far the story is that nothing in the book is provably false, as Eli doesn't cover his recent alleged thievery and bad debts.

He wont deny debt but he would deny viiolence, so i believe Eli on that. I really think Abe or his wife just read Eli's messages wrong as threats when they werent threats.,

Abe and Leesa have every right to be furious. If anything, they have been far too patient for far too long given how entitled that Eli has acted in regard to the debt owed to them.

Agree that seeing the texts would add tremendous clarity to the situation. I’m not sure why their attorney would advise against this if they are in Abe’s favor other than for settlement purposes if there is an embarrassment factor for Eli, although at this point Eli has shown that he won’t pay and that he has no shame.

From what Abeleesa posted it sounds like they have texts from Greenstein that prove that Eli manufactured Greenstein's passage in the book. They would be completely within their rights to post their messages with Greenstein as long as Greenstein had no objection.

For the record, Abe Mosseri doesn't have like ANY problems with broken English. Somehow his girlfriend's bad typing has been linked to him somehow having broken English. You can find him speaking on YouTube.
