Really sucks when they release a promo like the Haunted House thing that relies on opening chests to progress. My chests require me to pay about 1000bb worth of rake just to open a single one

I still fondly remember when I got to the end of that platinum chest promo where if you got the final stage, you have something like a 1 in 10 chance of getting a 25k seat.... Decided to be motivated and crush a chest and went well beyond my usual volume. The chest prices went from below 10k points, to 24k points, and finally 300k+ points (which I needed to get to the end of the promo).

I really really really hope Stars changes the system for 2021. Exclusive bonuses is the only decent promo they're running.

^^ had this happen to me twice, just before unlocking a bonus worth chasing. Chest requirements moved to 1000bb+. Nothing like promoting responsible gambling.

I don’t even beat the games and getting 72cents back on gold chests that cost $59.50 in rake. I wonder that the recs/rigtards make of their “personalised” rewards?

It should be easy to personalise rewards and give players something that makes sense to them. Unfortunately, the execution of the chest scheme and the Aurora software has been woeful, not to mention the huge cuts in customer service. They had it all and they fkd it up.

Hopefully when they exit (must be coming up soon), they find a buyer that believes long term value comes from keeping your customers happy.

it still annoys me after all these years table starters get 0 rewards. If youre a zoom player and play as many hours quite a few of the msnl table starters do, it seems like you get a rb challenge and get rewarded. but table starters get fk all. not like were all around here waiting for recs.

just do points only added to a challenge when 2-5handed or something.

Just logged in and up popped the exclusive rb thing asking me too open chest I do takes me to the challenge window where i don't have an exclusive rb challenge it appears.

can someone confirm only loosing players in 2020 get the challenges? i have not found one winning reg who got them

Payed €1.047 of rake so far this month, got €676 back (€400 of those from the exclusive challenge though), so not counting those it'd have been around 26% from the chests only (so stars coins and cash rebates).
Am I running super good or what? not even a losing player tbh.
Maybe it's beacuse I made a deposit after a few months?

Winning, chest rewards go to nothing. Losing, chest rewards return. Winning, chest rewards go back to nothing. Through all of this, still getting my monthly ~40% challenge.

I started getting them a few months back after only playing a few tourneys on stars here and there and played at most 10k hands of 50nl in the past year.

I was down slightly in cash and didn't win anything in tourneys so you may be correct

How are we supposed to send you winning graphs when we admit were break even players. For me its eliminating 2-3 mistakes a day and river bets rarely bluffs except when I do them and a guy calls me down with a small pair

A decent amount of the pool gets an "exclusive challenge" somewhat based on their volume at the beginning of every month for 40% rb. Last 3 months of 2019 I got rake 4k/get 1600, ive since moved up to 1/2 and 2/5z and get rake 8k/get 3200.
Gotten it the last 4 months but took last month off volume wise, but still received it this month.
