My chest also went from 30,000 to 120,000. I cleaned it and i got 1650 star coins from that chest. Then i exchanged my next 120.000 chest and downgraded to 30,000 and i got a 30 euro cash prize from that chest.

120,000 points chest: 1650 star coins. (16,5€ value)
30.000 points chest: 30€

This is so ****ing insane.

I am 90% to clear a 15k points for $1200 Exclusive Poker Challenge. But Pokerstars won't let me deposit more to play because I reached my deposit limit for the month.

WHAT THE ****ING HELL.

I have 1 day and 15 hours left before the bonus expires, but Stars support is going to probably respond in a ****ing month.

Does anyone know if I use the chest exchange will I get the vault codes from it as well? Still need one number for blue and yellow each and didn't get it in my gold chest tonight and wont be able to fill another by the time the promo ends.

If you click the cehst in the client a drop down menu appears with 4 different options. The progress bar, no of chest earned that level, time left to earn and the final one is the exchange. Its up to you if you think its worth it. You'll be reset back to level one of the previous grade, so that's diamond for you I think?

I'm having problems opening my chests. It just stays on the loading page with the star going round and round. Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? I tried reinstalling the software to no avail?

1-2 more black chests required to unlock $250-1200 on the vault. Chest immediately increased from 25k to 335k with a couple of days left.

Seems reasonable for a breakeven 25nl player earning 50k points per month. Definitely a "personalised reward" and nothing at all to do with my progress unlocking the vault.

I had 1 chest left two days ago. Which I needed to get 120k points. I got a random message saying "the vault has malfunctioned, complete 9k to get the rest"
