I can't believe how poor Stars has become.

Yesterday morning my bronze chest was at 9/10 with only a few hundreds points to go before "upgrading" to silver. Tonight that same chest is now down to 7/10. I still had a month to go before downgrading to a smaller chest.

What in the **** is that bull****.

Its kinda confusing and we have no way of checking when we earned our chests other than manually keeping track or requesting a chest audit from stars. I went thru the same thing on chat with them. Had them email me the record of when I earned my chests so I would know how much time I have to earn 10 for the upgrade.

Just had a 40% rakeback offer pop up in a random chest. Generate $1000 of rake and they will make a cash payment to me of $400.

Edit - I should add that Ive moved down in stakes the last week so there is no way I will generate that much rake at the stakes I play, but I'd be interested to know if Stars algorithms spot trends and tempt us to deposit more to play higher again.

Yeah I got an email offering me an $800 bonus for $2k rake. Unfortunately my account got banned 5 days ago with no reason given and still not heard from them (except for this offer) so looks like I won’t be able to claim the bonus.

So, I now made it to the 3rd level of chest (silver?)

First one was 400, second one 750, this one goes up to 2750 points needed.

I used to be at 5600 for the first one... I play zoom NL50.

But what I find weird is that my rakeback % basically goes down as I move up the chests level.

For bronze, I had 750 points needed for an EV of 1.20$ so, 16%. Now at 2750 points for an EV of 3$, it's 10.9% rakeback. That's backward, no?

Which limits are you playing? How many hands a month approx? Do you deposit often? Withdraw often?

I play a lot on mobile so losing track of number of hands, but I would say between 5k-10k hands a month. Mostly zoom 50. I made more withdrawals than deposit since january 1st.

So, I'm on the fourth level (golden chests)... I used to need just 7500 points to get a chest, but now I actually need 13000 points to get a chest, anyone knows what the hell happened? This is disgusting.

I opended my first black chest. I recieved 200 dls + 15000 coins. I was surprised since the last diamond chest gave me 50 dls for 30000 points. The black chest needed 65000 points. Ill update when I open the next black chest.

this is not a bug, chest requirements are adjusted based on your play (meaning that losing players have lower requirements). Maybe read the rules before bothering their support with bug reports.

e: on the other hand, maybe if enough confused recs open support tickets, they'll finally realise what a terrible system that is, though Im not sure if it even matters at this point
