I play in them all the time and no no luck so far though as a piece of info I did just see that if you win one of these satelites South Point only gives you a 2 night stay and meals (no airfare)..was kind of hoping they would throw in some cash to either get to Vegas or for those of us who live here to degen away.

has anyone actually won anything worthwhile on this site? They seem to have some good tournaments and prizes but you gotta win about 2-3 satellites to even get into the tournament to win the prizes.

Whenever I play, I play in the 10PM $10 tournament, and the 10:10 PM main even sattelite, seems to be about the only worthwhile time to play.

wondering if any 2+2ers have shipped this thing yet.

Did the age verification yesterday with zen gaming so I can play in Vegas Jan. 7 at the final table. Check out the final tables on YouTube , search southpoint poker. Poker radio show broadcasts them. I hear only six on average are showing up.

Is anyone else having an issue with the update? I played on this site a few weeks ago and went back tonight and the update won't work. I get a message about it can't access some config file it needs to write over?

Temporarily disabling UAC will allow the update to finish. I don't know what that is or how to do it or if I should. Anyone?

Maybe you are one of those (wise) folks who doesn't run Windows as "administrator." Maybe if you log back on with admin privilege it will run the update.
