Just ban all known stables. They've shown no constraints in ****ing over regs so when it comes to actually improving the online poker ecosystem that would be a good start. In the highly unlikely event that maybe one or two players of the entire bunch don't cheat it's collateral damage.

Those are facts not something im impying:
1)They stoped to use smartsheet and moved to SmartCoach instead, becouse pokerstars said charts have become to advanced to be used while playing.
*I got no proof of those words , although it would take literelly 5mins to post a screen of stars email. Instead they just wrote wall of text which didnt make any sense on the subject.

2)Its clearly a lie that they stoped using SmartSheet(thats why theres no proof)
+SmartSheet was listed on the SmartBackings website till we posted this on the gipsyteams forum after they deleted it from the site.
*Take a look in the description of Smartsheet it says "You will not get used to using charts during the game instantly" which makes it obvious that they still push using this software while playing proof

Next step is to mass report them to stars for using prohibited "software" we understand that they will probably just get some kinda warning or maybe not who knows , its one thing when 1 guy uses charts and different one when u push massive amount of students to use prohibited s-hit. We will see. As someone said before all these stables are biggest cancer of poker , and if we cant get proper punishment atleast we will make sure everyone knows about this incident.

But that also means that even the problem can be solved with Stars, all other rooms tourneys will be full of school players playing with that software.

So sad, they are killing the games

There's an obvious conflict of interests when a just punishment that Pokerstars *should* be handing out would cause damage to their own bottom line.

I believe that part of Pokerstars' and other similar on line gaming operators' granting of licences should be based on an independent body (funded by the gaming companies) enforcing punishments, fines, bans and legal action where necessary.

Gaming industry regulator enforcement is weak in many territories. Some after the fact slap on the wrist relatively minor fines is usually about as far as it goes. Other than that, the gaming industry in effect is largely self-regulating.

It has come to our attention that certain players have been using pre flop optimal play guide charts in play, which is against our terms of service.

We have decided to issue a warning to players doing this but not to take any further action against them, and not to reimburse or compensate any of their victims.

“Most people are already great poker players, they just don't know it.”
(nor do they know that when they open a poker account that there will be a multitude of non poker gaming products on the home page menu)

All players in stable banned and balances confiscated should be happening as a minimum

i thought that stars was against players using charts during play. Even if they couldn't stop it cause please could just print them out. Seems weird that's this program that is showing charts live during play is allowed by stars

Quick update. After all the talks , reports etc what we know is that alot of SmartBackings students/coaches are currently frozen on pokerstars. Gipsyteams user shared a list of players he knows are associated with SmartBacking and if they got a freeze or not.

If anyone is interested, here's the list wehave:

Do you guys know whats the difference between these two? We know stars gives different reasons why money cant be trasnfered , and they are different if account is frozen or banned.

Well you basically stated the difference yourself. If it's not possible at this time then it's probably frozen and if the player ID is not eligible then he's probably banned.
