The problem with slow rolling is that it hurts the players we want playing in our games.
Slow roll a pro. Fine. Whatever. They know the long run matters and one individual hand/showdown doesn't really matter.
An amateur who showdown provides either a dopamine boost or a kick in the nuts and that thrill is literally the reason they are playing, a slow roll crushes them and turns them off. Why are we trying to turn these type of players off?
