Vulnerability in Skype allows accounts to be hijacked - Update
Popular VoIP software Skype contains a security issue which could enable an attacker to gain access to a contact's account. In a security advisory, Levent Kayan, who discovered the vulnerability, reports that in some cases it could even allow access to the user's system.
Congrats OP for not falling for the scam.
Obviously the Russian English was a dead give away, but still I guarantee 90% + of NVG would've fallen for the "Ok then you agree we block you now?" pressure line.

If you have a skype call or IM you do no expose your IP address. Please quit giving out false information and making people scacred to use things like Skype. All communication during a Skype call is between you and a Skype server your IP information is only revealed to the server or conference bridge that your connected too, NOT to the person you are connected to.
Its pretty obvious you dont know what youre talking about when it comes to personal video conferencing so please just stop trying.
