So RDAP would make it 1095 days/3 years, - 162 for good time - 933 days = 2.55 years, best case assuming he chooses RDAP (which will be available to him- but not mandatory- given his charge), unless something's changed with the guidelines.
If deportation is in the cards, he would likely be handed over to the Marshalls upon release for that.
