Seemed like a fun table. Brutal suckouts to win? Happens. Good attitude while doing so? Commendable.

i really liked the pre-hu interview with vicky where she explained how crafty and smart her opponent's game is, much like her own. uhhh? also liked how she explained that she doesn't always "have to win" as a cover up for her insecurities about her skill level (she obviously knows she sucks). every hand she plays she is nervous and absolutely terrified of being bluffed. she's waaay out there in deep water with no life jacket. it's kind of sad to Watch actually. sick how she's luckboxed two EPT wins! perfect example of how high the luck factor is in tournaments.

she's always annoyed me with her fake confidence in interviews and scared to death play at the tables.

Such different energy at that table. That's an episode that most likely makes poker look quite appealing to the "general public".

There aren't more female poker players because we raise women to think they're just going to grow up and be a princess and a rich prince will put a ring on her finger, so she decides to not bother paying attention in math class, decides she "hates math" and then never considers doing anything with scary math like poker.

P.S. thanks for contributing to that by pointing out that Shannon Elizabeth looks great, thereby validating the idea that all women are good for is growing up to be pretty and get men to throw money at them.

The episode 5 qualifier has won the Slovak ladies chess championship since the show was filmed.

Here is an interview with her before the show was filmed (in Slovak)

http://www.pokermansk.cz/rozhovor-s-...orosovou-7041/

Cliffs:

Chess Player. Has won european women's championship in rapid chess and european championship for girls under 16.

Studied law but currently concentating on poker.

Has small daughter so little time. Plays in evening when daughter asleep.

Plays NL100 online but hoping to move up.

Got into poker through boyfriend. Liked it as she is competitive type.

Friends cool about poker. Lots of chess players play poker and those that don't have at least heard about Martin Staszko.

In the family brother and sister are supportive.

Says chess and poker have similarities - such as the "Winner's Tilt" where people don't play well when ahead.

Says shark cage qualifier was a flippament - she made the final 20 with 1BB left. Contestants were chosen from 200 people - top 20 in ten such freerolls.

Doesn't feel media pressure as has previously done breakfast show live on national TV.

Had coaching from SNG specialist but main game plan is to run good.

Only played live 3 hours in the 9 months before tournament.

Would keep most of her winnings in her poker bankroll (in her audition video she siad she would stake her boyfriend at nosebleeds).
