wtf are you talking about? If a bot can beat 2NL, it's very likely that it can beat 5NL. Putting a winning 2NL bot at a 5NL table is not a big risk. By the same reasoning, if it turns out to be able to beat 5NL, putting it at 10NL is not a big risk. Etc., etc...

Phil Ivey vs Bill Gates hold'em

What happens if Bill Gates challenges Phil Ivey to play heads-up poker?

I don't think Phil's moving down to $3-6 or $5-10 limit to play Bill Gates.

I meant what if Bill Gates sits down with 750 millions? Could Phil even sits at that table?

Obviously relative an means nothing. Some people win $500 a year, some $45K a year, some $400K a year, some over a million a year .... have no idea what you want from this question.

Why did durrrr lose $3million in one week now will spend the next months chasing it?

I don't even know about al the accuracy here.

Why are there so many poker players that once had but now have not?

Because they lost something somehow I guess ... ? It seems to make sense.

Why is there a thin line between success and failure?

Cliche, not question ... no possible answer.

Why is positive thinking a lot weaker than negative thinking?

Don't even know what this means.

why do you lose a lot more on the river than you win?

I don't. I win a lot more on the river than I lose. If you lose a lot more on the river than you win then it means you are not too good a post-flop player and maybe not too good a pre-flop player.

Why are the cards shuffled, hence random, then I still keep seeing K-6 offsuit every other hand?

Because you have a selection bias for K6 for some reason that is probably quite weird.

Why does Phil Ivey lose a ton at the pits yet he's still a millionare?

Because he's super rich. And he's got a % ownership of FT he gets money from. Why could Bill Gates lose a ton at the pits and still be a millionaire?

Why do I lose a little and I am broke because of that?

Because you don't have much? I dunno ... this seems to have nothing to do with poker.

Why does Isildur1 keep catching cards and grinders never catch a break?

I'm sure this doesn't happen.

Why is the way up so tough yet the road down is blinding fast?

Because getting good is hard. If you wanna lose you already know how.

Why will some 2+2'ers read this and have the standard "cool story bro", "lock it up", "ban" etc comment?

I'd bet on tl;dr.

Why is the definition of "******" = doing the same thing and expecting different result yet poker players that claim to be sane continue to make the same mistakes and expect a different outcome?

I don't agree with your definition of ******. Also doing the same dumb thing over and over again is not the same thing as doing the right thing over and over again.

Why can't 21 outs win more times than not?

If you have 21 outs on the turn it will win more times than not. If you have it on the turn it won't win more times than not because there are more than 21 cards that could fall that you would lose on.

Why do gamblers put up a hapyy fasad when they are really hurting inside?

I dunno. What are you talking about I use bankroll management.

Why can't somebody that buys in for $40k on a table ship a few $5 to railbirds?

They can ... it's their business ... course if they shipped $5 to every railbird in the world they'de have no money. Why don't you give $5 to every beggar you pass in the tran station or w/e?

Why will a gambler never donate a penny to a charitable cause but continue to lose millions to rich casinos?

Talking about degenerate blackjack/slot/ whatever players? I dunno. Some of them do donate to charity. I've donated to charity ... though I fit none of those descriptions.

Why did Phil Ivey say it doesn't hurt him to lose a million but will never give me a million if I told him that I would invest into my future and make the world a better place?

Because he has a lot of money. And because he is not your mother.

Why do we gamblers only quit when we have no more to lose?

I don't even know what this means. Over my time playing poker I've won a lot.

Make it out in the quote.

Why did durrrr lose $3million in one week now will spend the next months chasing it? says who?
Why are there so many poker players that once had but now have not? blow
Why is there a thin line between success and failure? because that thin line is often one card
Why is positive thinking a lot weaker than negative thinking? because you can't control what card comes out, but you can control how you play the cards you have
why do you lose a lot more on the river than you win? because you're bad
Why are the cards shuffled, hence random, then I still keep seeing K-6 offsuit every other hand? because you're bad
Why does Phil Ivey lose a ton at the pits yet he's still a millionare? full tilt/cash games
Why do I lose a little and I am broke because of that? because you're bad and you don't know what BRM is
Why does Isildur1 keep catching cards and grinders never catch a break? false
Why is the way up so tough yet the road down is blinding fast? tilt/rake, you already asked this
Why will some 2+2'ers read this and have the standard "cool story bro", "lock it up", "ban" etc comment? because it's a wall of text/full of whiny comments/overall bad
Why is the definition of "******" = doing the same thing and expecting different result yet poker players that claim to be sane continue to make the same mistakes and expect a different outcome? wot

Why can't somebody that buys in for $40k on a table ship a few $5 to railbirds? What the **** kind of obligation do they have to ship you $5? STOP BEGGING FOR $$$ AND DEPOSIT AND USE BRM YOU ****

Why did Phil Ivey say it doesn't hurt him to lose a million but will never give me a million if I told him that I would invest into my future and make the world a better place? because there are millions of better ways to donate if he chooses to do so, and what obligation does he have?
Why do we gamblers only quit when we have no more to lose? because you don't know what bankroll management and tilt control are

ban
I just wanted to post that "u rly think some1 is going to answer all of those questions?" Then i saw this.
