LOL, no I said that whatever Qui was saying would be indecipherable to understand, especially on a cell phone no less! Heck even when ESPN put English subtitles when Qui was speaking English I couldn't understand a lick of what he was saying. Usually having English subtitles helps you hear and understand better what is being said, it's how I watch movies actually lol.

So yeah he may be incredibly verbose and fluent, I just wouldn't be able to understand a word of it lol.

Title should be changed to

'Unsubstantiated whining that someone who may or may not be Qui Nguyen may or may not have misunderstood the purpose of some money that a cash spewing idiot may or may not have given him five years ago.'

Then Kessler should be given a substantial time out.
