Well that's not actually true at all is it. He's about even on stars currently in tournaments and cash combined and up about $1m in live tournaments in that time. Just over a week ago he would have been about even on stars and full tilt combined and there's no more reason to think he's broke now than any of the other 100+ times he's busted his account. You would think that after about the 100th time of people thinking he was completely broke, only for him to come back a couple of days later, they might realise that he doesn't deposit all the money he has but for some reason some people still can't seem to grasp this.
