Many years ago he was playing HS then bustoed at like 100/200. I even recall seeing his last money lost to ziigmund in some huge pot. Then he went to like 1/2 and started rebuilding and whattya know; today he's back to the highest stakes.

Impressive to me.

It is so funny how mad you get when OTB loses. What's it like to be that much of a fan boy? Honestly curious

The point is the only way he can call 93o pre flop profitably, out of position against the GOAT, is if he has software allowing him to play perfectly postflop. Obviously on this board post flop played itself , but still

1) Just because OBORRA did a play, doesn't mean that the play was winning.
2) The hand did not play itself potflop. There are several other valid lines.
09-10-2017 , 12:26 PM
fjutekk is the only one losing according to the hsdb, so there you go.
09-10-2017 , 01:03 PM
OTB's river play is also bad theoretically.

You guys need to stop with the false logic of assuming OBORRA is a bot, and then saying everything he does points towards his suspicion.

You can obv say that making bad preflop calls does not show innocence, but cannot then go on to say "lol stars needs to look at this he flatted 93o". You need to assume that he is cheating to say "yeah he is only flatting since he can play it with good ev postflop blah blah blah". This isn't evidence of said cheating.

Flatting 93o is bad vs a mr, worse vs someone who has a limp range (and OTB does) and this is before rake is considered.
09-10-2017 , 01:43 PM
No you're right. What makes more sense is that HS endboss OBORRA peels Q8s vs 4bets OOP, flats T4o and now 93o HU vs elite because he's just that clueless and doesn't know any better.

I don't want to be the one to call for pitchforks but it's downright amazing how people are cool with OBORRA grinding big volume vs toughest of the toughest month after month while doing **** like this and winning. Even after ****ing Filismies came out with his suspicions and pointed to weird preflop play.
OBORRA is winning in this games even with these questionable preflop decisions and as far as I can tell there are two possibilities:
1. he has unfair post flop advantage
2. otb and co actually just suck that hard and lose to a guy constantly owning them with trash hands

Option 2 is possible but it seems significantly more far fetched than just that someone found a way to get solver results in real time.

if someone knows option 3 I'd love to hear it.
09-10-2017 , 02:00 PM
you already heard it
09-10-2017 , 02:03 PM
Well no one is forcing otb to play oborra HU. He must think it's a good spot.
09-10-2017 , 02:23 PM
Q8s vs 4bet and T4o and 93o all very clear calls vs minr
you are a nit, go away
09-10-2017 , 03:55 PM
why is oborra the endboss is he winning that much compared to others

He might be using software, he might not, but playing 93os doesn't mean a damn thing.

He could play that hand because of the implied odds and to balance his range. And for ****'s sake, it's calling a min raise head's up from an aggressive player. What is wrong with you?

The shove from OBORRA on the river makes not much sense to me. Don't get why he didn't bet more on the turn with two pair, or just call on the river.

The call from LLinusLLove makes more sense, since he has the nut flush blocked.
09-10-2017 , 06:05 PM
Oborra is repping only full house river so nut flush blocker is irrelevant...
