Isn't it likely that someone like jungleman also can't be bothered to play his absolute best at $25/$50 and is also more eager to just test out some stuff at relatively low stake for him?

You wouldn't play your best at $3/$6 vs kind of tough reg, would you? Or things work different for Top 20 guys and ego can't let you play worse?

Also they are trying to work out a deal with 6 players left, atm last gets either $650K or $281K and the deal can potentially fall through because they are haggling about $2K

Selling or not, I do believe it afffects most ppl playing 300/600 effectively as 50/100 or having full 50/100. Exceptions exist as always.

Esp true when it goes the other way around, ppl playing 50100, 100200 with 80%+ of themself going down and battling 1020 for power rankings.
