Is there anyone from sealswithclubs support that can pm me. I have a friend that has been in a bad accident and has a bankroll on swc. I have emailed support but no reply.

What's the situation? Maybe we can offer some advice. If you can't use the forms on https://sealswithclubs.eu/ to move his funds off, or reset his password, I'm not sure they will be able to help you. From their point of view, they have no way to know either of you are the true owner of the funds, unless you have either his login information or access to the e-mail associated with the account.

Bitcoin is not at all anonymous. Just the opposite: every transaction is tracked and publicly recorded, with the wallet balances and transaction histories publicly visible.

It's pseudonymous, though, because if you're careful you can keep your bitcoin wallet identity separate from your own identity. Just never buy anything shipped to your house or tie it to yourself in any way.

I also have my bankroll stuck on swc (because of something dumb I accidentally did.) I emailed support@sealswithclubs.eu and created a twitter account just to tweet at sealswithclubs and at micon (to see if he could put me in touch with swc management) and I have not heard back.

This is what I did that got my balance stuck on seals (disclaimer: I'm pretty much a noob at bitcoin. Only ever used it to deposit on swc):

When I found out about the cashout form on the sealswithclubs.eu website, I went to my wallet and clicked copy beside the first wallet address I saw and pasted it in the form and clicked submit. I later realized (after not receiving my money for 24h and wondering what was happening) that the wallet address I pasted in the form is not my wallet address. It is the wallet address I sent to when I originally deposited on seals. I'm hoping that swc management is still in control of this wallet and I could possibly get my money still. Obv if swc management doesn't control the wallet anymore, then there is no way for me to get my money.

The wallet address I sent to is 1DGfaVe5du8EcbVwAown9dU48aRdFijD3w. Hopefully others can confirm they sent to this address to deposit onto seals too?

I didn't have a huge balance on seals but obv want my money. I would really appreciate any help I could get in getting my balance back and would give someone a tip if they could provide useful assistance.

The long string in your image is the transaction ID, which also shows on the above page.

Money deposited used to get swept out into Seals other wallets, but now I don't know if it will be. Hopefully they still have access to that address and can retrieve the funds for you. I assume support is probably very busy at this time, you'll probably have to be patient.

The new client is pretty nice, spreading all kinds of games and improved play-ability. Once they start spreading higher games should be fun.

+1 to the new software being dope. It looks good, is functional, everything is easy to find, Bitcoin, and it spreads just about every game anyone would want to play. I love that it has ofc, Badugi, etc..

If the player base grows this will be one of the top options for US players easily. IMO it has the best software.

In case anyone was as befuddled as I was in understanding the directions to transfer your old account, you have to go to Login -> forgot id/password -> (enter you user id) -> send reset code.

Do they or will they have a mac version of the software?
