Could be anything.

Maybe the other partners want to do something else with their lives.

Maybe they weren't making money.

Maybe they were getting sweated by the law.

Maybe the security was compromised and they knew they couldn't afford to do it right.

Maybe Micon bought them out because he wanted total control.

Not sure what the violation might be. As far as I know he did not violate the UIGEA. Probably no bank fraud. Not sure about the FinCEN Bitcoin opinion. Tax laws are a possibility.

I cashed out my funds with no issues using the form on their webpage. They're giving people notice to withdraw their rolls. I don't see what the problem is so far. If evidence comes forth something was shady then sure, but there is no such evidence at this stage.

I have no info but I suspect this is the most likely thing, especially with Micon moving to Antigua to effectively reopen the site. I assume the other partners wanted out and shut it down to comply with some sort of legal thing that they would be forced to comply with if they stayed in the US. No idea though just speculation.

The way I look at it is this. If you work for one of the crooked government agencies to enforce their BS agenda, ask yourself "Do I really want to risk my physical well being and end up permanently in the hospital or worse whether we get the supposed bad guy or not?" I used the form on the sealswithclubs.eu site to request my cashout last night. It's ~18 hours later and I haven't received my balance. Should I be concerned? Should I fill out the form again? After I filled out the form it said my withdrawal request was received or whatever, so it's not like I didn't fill it out properly... Also, I use MultiBit for my wallet, not Coinbase, so it's not like it was blocked beause it's gambling related or something. I didn't have a huge balance or anything but obv I want my money, so I'm just wondering if there's something I should do or if I should just keep waiting...
