This is very sad news and I hope people would do something more than just literally type three letters into a post. Like do the dots at least, has always bothered in these threads.

Anyway yeah I grew up watching the Simpsons and also watched him on poker shows and even a couple of interviews and always seemed like a nice guy. Rest in peace.

Sam really was a very unique person. I got to know him a bit over the years. He was brilliant, and brutally honest. And I think it's pretty unique that his biggest legacy might not be the biggest TV show in the history of television, but his work with animal rights.
