Did your thoughts change after the Hustler's report that a guy followed by Robbi on social media took $15K of chips from her stack and got caught on camera and that she didn't press charges against him?

wat

but that SOMEONE was on the HCL staff. And she FOLLOWED him on the twitters. Open your eyes, sheeple
10-07-2022 , 07:46 AM
This took place at HCL right? Not surprised it was HCL staff.

Garrett assured us HCL had nothing to do with any of this at the same time he assured us he was cheated by the lady who called with J high. this isn't that hard
10-07-2022 , 07:59 AM
I went from 99.9% not cheating to 90% not cheating

I guess the concept that this was an inside job, and she cheated him WITH the assistance of HCL staff was too complicated for him to grasp.

The Postle case was screwed up by people going public with their doubts, rather than silently monitoring him until they had solid evidence, Garrett made the same mistake, accusing, but not having a scrap of evidence other than his gut feeling her call was not possible unless she knew what he had, and forgetting fish are capable of doing anything as they dont know better.

Wheres the "on the fence before the report and still on the fence after" option

why is everyone so obsessed with having strong opinions

I don't know whats going on, so my mind is option to considering all options

On a scale of 9-10, with 10 being for sure positive he was involved and 9 being that but just a sliver of doubt, how likely is it that Nitucci was involved?
10-07-2022 , 09:44 AM
From 90% cheating to 99% cheating.

ya very sus coulda figured the jig was up so he wanted to cash out his share

Never been to a casino in California, is it any easier trying to cash in large denomination chips there than it is in Vegas? Maybe it would be easier for an employee but wouldn't some low level employee cashing in 15k worth of chips raise eyebrows? Why have him take chips out of your rack in a public place rather than just pay him cash privately? If they cheated they did it in the worst possible way and paid off their inside man in the worst possible way. Terrible execution if it's actually true.

Someone retweeted someone saying this guy had been degening it up in the 10/20 games there so he may have been stealing chips for a while. You can see the players counting their chips and racking up after the stream ends. Just watch that and see if anyone walks away from the table without counting their chips. They aren't going to notice a chip or two missing.

I have no idea if she was cheating but a few red flags sways me into thinking she was more likely cheating, than not.

1. She was bankrolled by another player sitting on the table without telling the other players he had an investment in her.

2. She soft played trip Queens with Ace kicker against her backer, who also held the same hand.

3. She moved up from medium stakes to nose bleed, and is clearly a huge fish, and a bad investment for any backer, if they were playing the game fairly, that is.

4. Her backer kicked-off big time when Robbi gave her winnings back to GMan. So clearly the money meant something to him, but he had no problem backing a total fish with hard money?

5. A Hustler staff member stole 15k from Robbi's stack and she did not realise her stack was short of 15k? Bearing in mind this money belonged to her backer, one would think she would know how much she had on the table. Then Robbi refused to press charges against the thief. What did her backer say about this? No shouts of pussy like he made against Garret. Just silence as far as I am aware. This stinks to high heaven.

6. shes dating and getting backed by jake pauls boxing manager

The fact that Jake Paul's manager is involved seems to be highly correlated with the level of people coming to her defense with objectively horrible takes. There is a mob of people on twitter defending her, all of whom appear to be non-poker affiliated or just random sock puppet accounts. All professional analysis of the situation that I have seen raise way too many red flags for it to be coincidental.

The major non-poker related red flag is that she was following the guy who "stole" 15k from her stack on Instagram. That is the type of stuff you cannot overlook as an objective investigator.

If they find that the HCL employee stole from multiple players on multiple different occasions, the "smoking gun" goes away?

Nope

I don’t see what this has to do with her cheating or not

If they were cheating to directly make money from the cheating you are correct. If they were cheating for the publicity and to make money from the resulting "fame" the execution was good not terrible

At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt and just assumed she was dumb, but now I think she (and at least one other) cheated. My speculation of her being dumb was correct all along though.

As the creator of this poll, I agree with you. I should have added another option for the ones who remain impartial or close to impartial.

9.87 imo...

Maybe the Kid was tired of helping Nitucci cheat for free and decided he might as well get paid for it..

Could you add an option for "dgaf (about any of this drama)" ?
