A lot of people move through the Rio and if he got food poisening from food served there it's likely other people would have been affected too. Plus I'm hearing the mugging might not be that straightforward and it might have been a drug deal gone wrong.

Not the first time there has been issued with food poisoning at the Rio during the Series but to be fair he could have got it from something he ate elsewhere.

Usually food poisoning is not a single person thing at something as big as this. There should be others if he got it there. Maybe others were not reported, but unlikely.

Notice that it is described as "possibly food poisoning with virulent symptoms." There's no certainty as to what caused his distress.

Last year during the series I ate at the Rio and got real bad food poisoning that put me in the E.R. because I couldn't keep anything down for 2 days and was severely dehydrated. I'm also not a celebrity that will make the news so I'm sure there's problems with this every year that we just don't hear about.

I live in Vegas. Myself and another family member got food poisoning from the RIO twice in the last 12 months. Both times we had Asian noodles with chicken...stay away!!! I am assuming that is why the Asian restaurant by the sports book shut down.

Not the first time Rio has had a food poisoning outbreak, barely 6 months ago 18 people were hospitalized with food related illnesses after eating at the Rio Casino

this thread is pretty dumb and i don't know why i'm even replying in the first place, but if there was an issue with food sanitation at the rio, guaranteed there would be dozens of affected people, not just one.

I like to make my own noodles with chicken at home. I boil the noodles 2 minutes shorter than usual, blanch some broccoli with them for the last ~30 seconds, while I put the chicken-pieces, some paprika, garliac and red onions with some sunflower-oil in the pan. Then I throw the noodles and Broccoli on top of it, add some decent olive-oil, and mix it up for 2-3 minutes. It is delicious.
