The man must have had an iron constitution to have lived as long as he did with the lifestyle he lead.
I dealt to Dolly many times in the Horseshoe at Table 60 when the WSOP was in the northwest corner of the Mint on all of 30 tables in the 1990's, and again in Bobby's Room at the Bellagio. The man wasn't especially generous with tokes (tips), but he never got out of line with me (I can't say the same about any other high-stakes player I dealt to, except perhaps Freddy Deeb). I don't ever remember him going off on any player, either, although he could get a bit salty at times.
RIP to one of the main ambassadors of the game.
