I am certain that you have talked to a lot of lawyers before signing with FTP anyway, but it is a bit premature to think that all the players' money at PS and FTP will be returned, even at 90 cents on the dollar. While one can look at precedence such as Neteller and Party Gaming, this is somewhat different and te charges are significantly worse. Moreover, the government is asking for a very significant sum of money which in coming months can increase as the case progresses.
Additionally, this can get very ugly, given that most of those indicted (and surely more to come) need to be extradited, and DOJ becomes especially vindictive when those involved hide and begin to fight the extraditions vigorously.
After the billions in penalties are paid, no one really knows how much will the sites have left, and or they decide to file for bankruptcy, etc.
