how can you be so sure that they won't seize players' money? Legally, I'm sure the government has that option if they are seeking forfeiture of assets. I've heard they're going after 3 billion in damages, so it might depend if they can pay that or if they need to use the players' money.

Reading the indictment, seems like it's worth mentioning that Scott Tom is specifically being cited as a principal of UP/AB at "certain times" of interest extending back to 2006. The indictment also lists ownership as having transferred as of August 2010 to some other group. So, that's potentially one less thing.

I wonder if deposits that have not cleared from full tilt poker are ever going to come out now. I have had 4 deposits that have not come out of my bank account since january. Now what. LOL

In other news......every B&M casino in America is preparing for mass influx of players and the estimates on the construction boom are already in the hundreds of millions...

OK maybe that's wishful thinking for a primarily live player like myself.

This is outrageous but not at all surprising based on events that have already taken place.

I can't say anything else because I will get banned from 2+2 if I allow the hate flowing through my veins right now to find it's way to my keyboard!!

You guys remember Ike Haxton's 800k confiscated after the dudes at NETELLER thought stealing massive amounts of money was a solid idea? That got sorted out, the money was intact and NETELLER is alive and well up to this day. This will be solved as well if Odin wills so.

(Not like I'm less dumbfounded than the rest but let's try to maintain low blood pressure for the taking and see how this plays out.)
