and it doesn't have anything to do with racism. If he's being a problem then toss him. The staff handled it OK but being a semi-whale and a physical threat probably slowed down their response.

no they wouldnt, ive been way out of line in tampa and they did nothing of the sort. they will get 10 security guards to look at you funny but thats about it. hyperbole?

haven’t been to HRT but at Hollywood the Seminole 5-0 would’ve busted his crew smoking pot in the garage before they even got inside

luckily when that happened to me i eventually was free to go after a long dressing down by the cop and getting ran for warrants, also luckily all i had was the roach of the last joint i brought for the night

When did the answer for any time some one breaks a law, loses their temper, tells a cop to f/o, we have to arrest every time? Isn't America about freedom, which to me includes a certain degree of letting people test the boundaries of the law w/o consequences.

maybe in public. But the casino is private property and they can and do have a higher standard.

I had the police toss a guy once from a minor league baseball game for having a severe potty mouth with derogatory homosexual remarks directed toward players and officials. No way to act in front of women and children and if you do, you SHOULD get ejected.

Long, long time ago maybe my first pro hockey game, some punks were acting up while waiting in line. My dad, along with other dads, told them to shut it or they were going to get their asses kicked. They shut up.

His words were assault. He was destroying the business in that room. He was so far afield of anything legal.

He was making threats. Threatening physical violence. Verbal assault. Many times he showed agressive physical assault movements.

You put the probes into him after he resists the commands of the police which undoubtedly he would have.

If that was a house party he'd might have gotten knocked out and stabbed in the head with a candle holder. He's lucky it was a casino. I feel that this situation was handled well, though I have not studied the video carefully. My question was more a reaction to the comments in the forum.
