So, if that's the world you want to live in, then imagine everytime you go to the poker room 5 or 6 dudes take turns acting like that throughout your session. One guy sitting next to you goes off for 20 minutes and it's beyond irritating and a little scary wondering if he is gonna take it out on you.

Then he sits back down . . . another guy 15 minutes later on your other side does the same thing . . . then an hour later at another table

There is a level of acceptable behavior demanded of you when in public (and in private I might add) and if you refuse to play by the rules, and refuse to leave and unfortunately if you are bigger and stronger than the security, then yes, by all means, bring on the tasers.

The room I play at if your discussion on politics gets too loud they'll threaten to kick you out and give you a one day ban. So, we behave and do our best to keep it civil and apologize if the floor comes over to give us a warning. Fortunately 98% of the people at the room I play at are good people.

I played with that dude entire day few days ago. He is loud, he is obnoxious and he talks **** nonstop at the table. He plays fast, he is actually going after slow players to act faster and he is horrific at PLO. So whats not to like?
He is also pretty big dude with obviously violent temper and numerous convictions for violent crimes, so if i would be that floor i'd make sure that there is enough security personnel on the floor. That being said, he just released new album few days ago so a little publicity really couldn't hurt, right?

And to be honest, if he is dropping 15K at the tables, the floor should let his friend sleep on the couch. It is probably late at night, they're not bothering anyone. I'm surprised the other players did not try to deescalate the situation.

At Borgata in AC, I like to play late into the night and there are people napping on the couches near the board fairly often. Every so often the security will wake them up gently but people don't get thrown out for this. And if they are players, I don't think they should. That goes double for high rollers.

if he is donking off that much money on a regular basis why don't the players chip in and get his friends a room? Win/win

If the entourage of some celebrity degen are falling asleep on the casino floor, the correct play is for a host to politely go the degen and tell him his friends can't sleep there, but he just arranged a nice suite for them.

I can barely control myself, let alone other people that self identify as 'friends'. If they are breaking the rules then eject them from the property, same as if they were sleeping in the lobby of IHOP.
