Does anyone know who the players were that were credited?

Is this just a small number of people with large balances each or thousands of people that were making deposits, saw that their bank account wasn't deducted by that amount, but continued playing?

Hey, this actually answers my question as well.

But I have a very some interesting questions that I do not know if you have seen:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...&postcount=554

"durrrr did you knowingly get paid from FTP with player deposits? If you knew that the deposits were not coming in for months did you question where the money was coming from? Are you still planning on committing one million dollars to players that are unable to collect?"

varied a lot player to player- hopefully some other sponsored pros will come in here and mention theirs. i feel a little less required to mention mine since im giving all the $$ back, but i feel like people who arent giving all $$ back at least owe the information of what their contract was to the community. feel free to explain why my reasoning's wrong and if u convince me ill go into more detail.

as far as i know there was 1 extremely bad decision made (the right decision would've been to stop processing to us players while still allowing them to play on the site), and a slew of terrible decisions made trying to avoid owning up to the 1st bad decision
Was this 'extremely bad decision' made through (iyo), naivety? Not wanting to face the consequences? Or pure scumminess?

i mean cmon, would i be doing this thread if i was knowingly getting paid with player deposits instead of sitting in costa rica w/ a buncha blow?

obviously that would've made me feel terrible and i wouldve insta-quit ftp and gone whistleblower if they didnt shut down at least us deposits had i found out about a gaping player fund hole pre black-fri.

Durrrr, you referred to "one big mistake in 2010" as the initial cause of all of this. Can you elaborate on what this mistake actually was? I saw where you said it was due to crediting player accounts when they couldn't get the money, but I don't understand how doing this once can take a multi-hundred-million-dollar company and put it in the red.

A lot of people are saying Ivey might be assisting the DOJ and that's why his name wasn't included. Do you think it's possible or another reason they left him out?

Can you tell us exactly the date you were made aware that FTP didnt have enough money to cover players deposits?

i don't think i should be publicly saying that, im not a judge. i think there should be ramifications for sure for anyone who knew about the hole and sanctioned it.

Did you have any idea about Black Friday beforehand? Like any word that something big was coming?

durrrr,

Really hope you answer/know something of this.

My life is on FTP atm. I am a Canadian citizen living in Canada. What (if you know) could possibly happen for me and other Canadian citizens? I understand how it could pan out for US, but since Canadians can still legally play do you have any idea what steps could/would be taken to repay them? Im sorry if its been covered I just havent seen it and my soul is currently sitting in the FTP cashier.

Thanks regardless you are a hell of a **** guy for doing this

Tom,

Who was specifically responsible for the 'extremely bad decision' that is referred in your above quote. Was it one or a few individuals or was this a business decision agreed upon by a board?

As a potential follow-up to question #1. Is it your opinion that Ray Bitar is responsible for 'killing the company'?

As players, what do you think is the best line we can take wrt our FTP money and poker legalization in the US? Is there any point in a class action lawsuit?

Just want to say thanks for this and everything you've done since BF. Your head is in the right place and I think you've tried to do the right thing from the beginning. I wish I could say the same for any of the other owners.

To all the haters, I don't get it--Durrrr is the only who's publicly stated he'll be giving the money he earned from FTP back. Direct your hatred elsewhere imo.

Tom, do you think that FTP misled the AGCC as to its financial position pre-BF?

Tom,

You're commitment to answering questions today is awesome and very laudable. I hope some other people from FTP join you as you say you hope they will but I doubt it.

You're to be commended - just hope this isn't an attempt to spin up your own site in the next twom months (jopke)

But fix yr damn shift key!

The contract language might give insight into specific terms, i.e., how the player was to be paid, that bear directly on whether that player knew or should have known that Full Tilt's organizational structure was shady. Whether or not you give back the money doesn't make this type of information less relevant.
