Instead of being a friend, maybe have the casino have knowledgeable staff/prop players be the extra person that mentors the new players. I know some casinos offer rudimentary classes so make this the next step after the class or in lieu of the class.

The Shot clock is very helpful. They need to reduce the number of time banks. Television has also become annoying. When players are all-in, they delay the turn and river which is not how poker is played in "real life" Online shouldn't be able to track the new fish and gang up on them. You basically are giving them a quick dabble in poker then they go on to something else. There is a lot of money made on the television shows, but they never add any of the revenue to the prize pull. Need to make the cash-outs larger.

Casino have employees with nothing to do that can help a dish for free?
Maybe if it cost £100 a hour the casino

Act just like a regular casino. Give gifts/vacations/tournament entries to losing players. Cut all promotions/rakeback from winning players. This benefits all.
